Account & Data Deletion
Delete your account anytime, in the app or by email. Here's exactly how it works.
You are always in control of your account and your data. This page explains exactly how to delete your Senior AI Health™ account, what gets deleted, and how long it takes. This process applies to accounts created in our mobile apps (Apple App Store and Google Play) and on our website.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app (fastest)
- Open the Senior AI Health app and sign in.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Read the confirmation screen and tap Confirm Deletion. You may be asked to re-enter your password for security.
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanent deletion begins right away.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
- Email privacy@senioraihealth.com from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your full name.
- We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion by email within 7 days.
This option is also available if you can no longer access the app, or if you are an authorized representative of a member.
What is deleted
- Your profile and account information (name, email, phone, date of birth);
- All health and wellness data you entered or synced (scores, activity, sleep, hydration, mood, meals, medications, appointments);
- Everything stored in your AI Health Vault™ (emergency contacts, medication lists, allergies, insurance information, vaccination records, advance directives);
- Family and caregiver connections, messages, and sharing permissions;
- AI conversation history and personalized recommendations;
- Connected device data we hold on your behalf.
What may be kept, and for how long

Subscriptions are separate: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel first in your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions) so you are not billed again.
Want your data before you go?
Before deleting, you can request a portable copy of your data by emailing privacy@senioraihealth.com with the subject "Export My Data." We'll send it in a common, machine-readable format.
Partial deletion
Don't want to delete everything? You can delete individual entries, disconnect devices, or revoke family/caregiver access anytime in the app without closing your account. You may also email us to request deletion of specific data instead of your whole account.
