Is Senior AI Health a medical provider or doctor?
No. We are an educational wellness platform. We educate, empower, and encourage — but we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor before making health decisions. Read our full Medical Disclaimer.
How do I create an account?
Download the Senior AI Health app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, tap "Get Started," and follow the friendly on-screen steps. You can also ask a family member or caregiver to help you set up.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Account → Delete My Account) or request deletion by email. Full instructions are on our Account & Data Deletion page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store where you purchased. iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Senior AI Health → Cancel. Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Senior AI Health → Cancel.
What devices work with the AI Device Hub™?
We support popular wearables, smart watches, blood pressure monitors, sleep trackers, smart scales, and select glucose monitors. Connecting a device is always optional — the platform works great without one.
Is my health information safe?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade security and encryption, we never sell your personal information, and you control exactly what is shared with family or caregivers. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
