About subscriptions in our mobile apps: When you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is charged to your store account and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Can I really use Senior AI Health for free?
Yes. The Free Plan gives you basic access forever — no credit card required. Upgrade only if and when you want more.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions purchased in the mobile app are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the paid period. You can also visit our Support page for step-by-step help.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow Apple's and Google's refund policies, and refund requests are made directly through those stores. We're happy to help point you in the right direction — contact support@senioraihealth.com.
Is my family's data private on the Family Plan?
Yes. Each member controls what they share. Family members only see what you've given them permission to see, and you can change permissions anytime.
