Privacy Policy
You own your data. You control your sharing. Here's exactly how we honor that.
Effective date: July 10, 2026 · Last updated: July 10, 2026
Senior AI Health™ ("Senior AI Health," "we," "us," or "our"), part of the Senior AI Network™, provides an AI-powered healthy aging and wellness platform through our website and mobile applications (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
Our privacy promise, in plain language: You own your data. You control your sharing. We never sell your personal information, and we never use your health data for third-party advertising. You can view, correct, export, or delete your data at any time.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, password, and profile preferences.
- Health & wellness information you choose to enter: wellness goals, activity, sleep, hydration, mood, meals, medications and schedules, allergies, appointments, and items you store in your AI Health Vault™ (such as emergency contacts, insurance information, vaccination records, and advance directives).
- Family & caregiver connections: the people you invite and the sharing permissions you set.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team and your interactions with AI features such as coach messages and AI conversations.
Information from connected devices and apps (optional)
- If you choose to connect a wearable, smart watch, blood pressure monitor, sleep tracker, smart scale, glucose monitor, or a platform such as Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect / Google Fit, we collect the readings and metrics you authorize. Connecting devices is always optional, and you can disconnect at any time in the app.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: features used, pages viewed, buttons tapped, and session length — used to improve the Service.
- Device data: device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, and crash logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies on our website, used for sign-in, preferences, and basic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and personalize the Service, including your AI Health Score™, AI Life Twin™ recommendations, reminders, and daily plans.
- To enable the sharing you set up with family members and caregivers through AI Family Connect™.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to develop new features.
- To communicate with you about your account, reminders you request, support, and service updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Health platform data limits: Data received from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect is used only to provide the health and wellness features you request. We do not use HealthKit or Health Connect data for advertising or marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the features you have enabled or as required by law — consistent with Apple's and Google's health data policies.
3. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
- We do not use your health data for third-party advertising.
- We do not share your information with family or caregivers unless you grant permission — and you can revoke it anytime.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children (see Section 8).
4. When we share information
We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:
- With people you choose: family members, caregivers, or care teams you invite, according to the permissions you set.
- Service providers: trusted vendors that help us run the Service (such as secure cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools), bound by contracts to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
- App stores and payment processors: subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full payment card details.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our members, the public, or the Service.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Security
We protect your information with enterprise-grade safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.
6. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except for limited records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting purposes (kept no longer than required, and typically no more than 90 days in backups before being purged). See Account & Data Deletion for step-by-step instructions.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, other U.S. state privacy laws, and the EU/UK GDPR where applicable), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a portable copy;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your account and personal information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Opt out of marketing emails (every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link);
- Non-discrimination: we will never treat you unfairly for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any right, email privacy@senioraihealth.com or use the in-app tools (Settings → Privacy). We respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days). You may also authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is designed for adults and is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the Service is not directed to children under 13 as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@senioraihealth.com and we will promptly delete it.
9. AI features and your data
Our AI features (including the AI Life Twin™, coach messages, and AI conversations) generate educational wellness content based on the information you provide. AI outputs are for general information and encouragement only and are not medical advice. We apply safeguards to our AI systems and do not permit third parties to use your identifiable health data to train their models.
10. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be processed and stored in the U.S. and protected as described in this Policy, using appropriate safeguards where required.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect and update the date at the top of this page.
