Terms of Service

Welcome to Senior AI Health™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Senior AI Health™, part of the Senior AI Network™ ("we," "us," "our"), governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service is educational — not medical care

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Caregiver and family features require the member's permission; you agree to use shared information only as authorized by the member.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Free Plan: basic access at no charge.
• Paid plans (Premium, Family, Caregiver, Couples) are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and billing periods are displayed in-app before you buy.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
• Cancellation: manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
• Free trials (if offered) convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends; trial terms are shown in-app.

4. Your content and data

You own the information you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you and the people you authorize, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time (see Account & Data Deletion).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others;
• Access another member's information without their permission;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• Misrepresent AI-generated wellness content as professional medical advice.

6. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate personalized educational content. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree to use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial decisions. We continually improve our AI safeguards but do not guarantee any particular outcome.

7. Devices and third-party services

Connecting wearables, health devices, or third-party platforms (such as Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect) is optional and subject to those parties' terms. Device readings shown in the Service are informational only and may not be accurate; do not rely on them for medical decisions.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Senior AI Health™ name, logo, module names (such as AI Health Score™, AI Life Twin™, and AI Health Vault™), software, and content we create, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY HEALTH OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENIOR AI HEALTH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk, with notice where practicable.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@senioraihealth.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Genesee County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

14. Apple App Store & Google Play terms

• These Terms are between you and Senior AI Health, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and are not responsible for any product warranties or claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS app and may enforce them against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable app store's terms of service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
